Carla HigginsĀ started her real estate adventure as a dual-career agent and understandsĀ the challenges and opportunities that come with balancing real estate alongside other commitments. With 25 years in commercial real estate consulting, she transitioned successfully to residential real estate in 2017, earning Rookie of the Year in her Market Center during her first year.
Today, Carla is the Host of the Double Duty Agent Podcast, where she shares insights, strategies, and inspiring stories to help agents thrive. Since 2020, she has dedicated herself to full-time real estate coaching, driven by her unwavering belief that "Together we RISE."
